A registered nurse (RN) will be assigned to your care when you receive home health aide services. The RN will develop a personalized plan of care for you according to physician’s orders as well as supervise your home health aide. The registered nurse will also make periodic nursing assessments to review and revise your plan of care as necessary, and will also educate the clients and their families.
In addition, we offer the services of skilled nurses, who can provide a wide range of services, from administering medication and treatment to round-the-clock nursing services. |
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) follow the care plan developed by the RN. They provide basic bedside care. LPNs measure and record patients’ vital signs such as height, weight, temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration. They also can prepare and give injections, monitor catheters, dress wounds, and give alcohol rubs and massages.
Physical Therapists provide services that help restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities of patients suffering from injuries or disease. They restore, maintain, and promote overall fitness and health. |
Certified Home Health Aides are responsible for providing routine personal care such as bathing, dressing, and ambulation in the home of the patient under RN supervision, in addition to performing the services of a homemaker/companion.
Homemakers/Companions assist with multiple tasks around the home so that the client and their family can concentrate on their health. Nutritious meal preparation, shopping, laundry, and light housekeeping are examples of services provided by the companions. |

Pediatrics and Child Care Our Pediatrics and Child Care Program will provide you with a home health aide who is specially trained in the care of newborns and young children. Whether you’re bringing your newborn home from the hospital, are going out of town on vacation, or just need a night off, we’ll help you with all your newborn, child care, and pediatric home care needs.
Infusion Therapy Our IV Certified RN can administer infusion therapy while you relax in the comfort of your own home.
Bath Visits Our Certified Home Health Aides can come to your home for a one-hour bath visit. This is a special visit designed to give assistance with a bath or a shower under the supervision of an RN. |
